The 200h Sundari Integral Yoga^© TTC is your gateway into the world of teaching yoga. Grounded in practice, philosophy, and self-discovery, it equips you with the tools to lead others with confidence and authenticity. It gives the basic foundations, theoretical and practical, that are necessary for becoming a professional yoga teacher.

The certification allows you to ulteriorly register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200. If you have already a 300h TTC with a school credentialed by YA, with our school 200h certificate you are eligible for a RYT 500 with YA.

Includes: Tuition, Training, Manual, Certification, and 3 ovo-lacto-vegetarian meals

The accommodation is in twin bedrooms with private bathroom and it is for free. At our boutique center in Portugal, we respect the Gurukula tradition, which means that accommodation is offered to the student, for having good conditions for study and practice.
