What to expect?

For aligning the yoga practice with your personal or professional goals, you will have a first session of assessment. After understanding your objectives and needs (stress, health, mindset, lifestyle) and seeing what are the yoga styles and techniques that you know, together with you it is created a personalised practice. This includes a daily routine that may combine asanas, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy.

Next sessions are supportive sessions that monitor your practice and use coaching strategies for motivation, accountability of progress, and personal development.  

In these sessions, the first established routine may be gently changed, according to your own rhythm and already achieved results.  

The coaching strategies are based on the Yogic Wisdom and Positive Psychology, as in the latter, yoga represents a discipline that provides practical tools that naturally support the goals of positive psychology. This may help you to be efficient in achieving personal growth, inner resilience, the experience of positive emotions, and to live a more meaningful life.

We use the hybrid approach, the yoga coaching sessions can be online, so you have access for wherever you are, or in-person, if you are participating to one of our in-person activities.
