- Daily guided practice and lectures, individual mentoring sessions, all art materials (you are free to bring your own of course if you have an ongoing artistic practice)- EXCEPT the graphic journal (indication will be provided to participants).

- Yoga mats and blocks are available at our Yoga Shala.
- Three delicious ovo-lacto-vegetarian meals, filtered water, tea.
- The accommodation is in twin bedrooms with private bathroom and it is for free. At our boutique center in Portugal, we respect the Gurukula tradition, which means that accommodation is offered to the participant, so our guests are having good conditions to rest and practice.

Payments and Cancellation policy
- Upon reservation you will be asked to make a deposit of 300 € to secure your place. You will be asked to pay the rest of the amount after the 9th of March of 2026. However, this retreat is organised for a minimum number of participants, so please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving our confirmation (latest on the 9th of March of 2026). In case of cancellation from our side due to insufficient number of participants, the deposit will be 100% refunded.
- Early Bird: For reservations received before March 1st, we offer a 10% discount
- Cancellation policy: The reservation deposit will be fully refunded before March 9th. After this date there will be no refund.
